Location and staff I loved the staff- Gissell (I believe that was her name), she made sure I was satisfied and comfortable. She was awesome! Great customer service! Thank you Gissell! If i ever come back I will stay there again!

The staff were like family. Very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, 10 mins walk to the night life. Free breakfast which as delicious. Rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided. Free coffee and was even made by the staff. We had our clothes washed for a small cost.

Very noisy guests. No sound proof. Room was small. The doors do not lock properly in the front large windows. Didn't feel secure but is safe area.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Hotel Bamboo. Giselle (sorry if this is incorrect spelling) was an amazing host. Always making sure we had everything we needed and serving us a hot tico breakfast plus fruit, coffee & juice both days. Wifi & AC was very good, pool was small but nice to cool down and sit beside to read our books. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Good parking out front which is very close to the rooms. Easy 10 minute walk to town & beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is excellent for the price point. It gives off a home like vibe especially with staff resident who assisted with everything we wanted.

The staff at the hotel is super kind and made my stay so much better with their hospitality. The place is nice and the breakfast included is excellent. Location is perfect because you can walk from the hotel to anywhere in Jaco

Staff were great and very helpful. A clean tidy place. Good location near restaurants with safe parking for my motorcycle. Nice breakfast

Nothing about the property it was all good. A couple of other guests were a bit inconsiderate either noise and one parked across the exit but the owner woke him up to shift his vehicle so si could get out. Excellent spot to stay

Staff is friendly, they tried to please us by giving us a place with an extra room with bunk bed, however we did not need bunk bed because we were a couple). Owner not so nice nor understanding. Nice breakfast prepared by staff, although juice was bad.

Not a very enjoyable experience, due to: - hotel located next to the main road and a bar with really loud music and entertainer, really noisy - not a nice location compared to other hotels, further away from the beach - Very expensive for what you get, looks a lot better in pictures than in real. Everything is old. - There were cockroaches 🪳 - maybe a sex hotel not sure… - really high price for the night compared to other places - owner lack for understanding after requesting a cancellation due to an error booking for a second night

Just a great simple place to stay! Everything was nice. Parking was easy and there was plenty of space while we were there. Nice shared kitchen space. Pool was clean and cool!

Nice hosts, nice and clean room. Wifi, room, shower- hot water, air conditioner, pool, perfect for couples

The room requires regular maintenance TV was not working the coffee and the juice in the breakfast
