Rooms were fine and clean Breakfast was okay

The breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly. The AC in the room was also a great addition. Lots of wildlife at breakfast including monkeys and iguanas.

Unable to safely walk to any restaurants or shops from the property, and apart from breakfast nothing available at property. WiFi stopped working for majority of our stay and TV never worked. Various communication issues with staff ie wrong breakfast, not given guidance about car park / how to enter property when no one at reception. Pool also seemed unclean.

Clean. Refrigerator was there. Reception lady was great. We saw a sloth in the tree by the pool at about 4:30pm so that was a bonus. There were lots of monkeys in the trees by the pool too. Ample parking space.

It is not the faul of the hotel but we got bit by mosquitos a little bit in our sleep. I though the ceiling fan would keep them away (mosquitos can’t fly in the wind) but the fan was not directly on the bed. I recommend keeping the fan on at night and also direct the air conditioner’s air towards you (with warm temp so you don’t freeze) .

The room we stayed at provided a relaxing place to unwind and we enjoyed the morning breakfasts. The staff at Grand Park was excellent and very friendly. The ease of parking at the end of the day was welcome and was central to all of our daily adventures.

The hotel's lobby was very out of order, I had to leave the key in the front desk because I waited for a long time to check out. The pool area and some other parts of the property looked bad.

Big rooms, comfortable bed

The location is not so convenient and there are not real facilities except the bungalows (we couldn’t notice easily the right entrance), the pool area is a bit dirty, bathrooms in the rooms are not fully closed so it lacks a bit of intimacy

Pool was dirty, animal droppings on pool deck cleaned after second day. Rooms are a bit dated.

Comfy beds, staff lovely. Saw monkeys and butterflies around property. Safe parking.

Breakfast , would like to have natural yogurt instead of flavoured. Buildings need more maintenance, however ok for price. Pool could be cleaner.

The only thing worth praising about this property was that the staff was kind hardworking and that the rainforest surrounding was nice (though that is quite common given the location).

This listing is not honest. The hotel is under construction, or more likely, is in disrepair and was never finished in its construction. The pictures are NOT accurate. The lobby is covered in plastic tarps, the paint on the wall in my room was stained and chipped, the box spring of the mattress stained, the furniture old and poor quality, the cushions on the bed old and gross, the floors on the property damaged and chipped, the metal rusted. The current rating on Booking is NOT accurate and for the quality of the hotel the price was MUCH higher than it should have been. I shortened my stay at this hotel because it was depressing to stay there after staying at other hotels with similar ratings in Costa Rica. Do not believe the reviews here for this hotel. There is a reason why there are no pictures of the facade on the street, the lobby, or the lobby hallway. These would be an instant turn off to any discerning traveler.
