I did not like that the beach is a public beach and there is garbage on it and random cars stop on the beach h right in front of our room. Headboard fell from the bed while I was just resting on it. I wish they had at least one channel in English Also the staff at the restaurant is not friendly The free breakfast does not include the bacon or sausage it is extra and you have to pay for it!

A little bit pricey for what they offer, the pools need a bit more cleaning and the toiletries are very basic and few, we had to request more. The beach in front of the hotel has a lot of rocks you need to walk like 10 mins to find a spot without rocks.

Breakfast was awesome and the location is excellent. The villas are well maintained, spacious and clean. The personnel are very nice and there are 3 pools.

Great location, near to a huge choice of restaurants & shops, and access straight onto the beach. Quiet, well maintained gardens and pool areas with roaming iguanas and lots of birds. Clean & well equipped chalet accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff.

The beach is not very clean, lots of stones from the river but still you can enjoy it!

Amazing location, spacious, delicious breakfast. Very close to various supermarkets, stores, restaurant, fast foods etc. You don't need a car since everything is close. We stayed at a Villa, so we could eat few times at the Villa, kitchen had everything you need. Highly recommended. Great for Families, playground, ping pong table, pool table and gym.

Really no complaints during our 5 night stay

Beachfront property, lovely pools, restaurant food was good but a bit pricey. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach right out front of the resort was meh… rocky dark sand. Locations was great, close to tons of restaurants, bars and shops.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a great attention to detail that made us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring everything was perfect. The setting itself was charming and inviting, creating a lovely space to relax and enjoy. It’s such a shame we couldn’t stay longer – we would have loved more time to soak in the wonderful environment. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back in the future!

Just a slight confusion with my breakfast order that made me feel like I had done something wrong, but the waiter took my order incorrectly. It was corrected by other waiter so all was good

The hotel rooms was updated with great ocean views! We rode horses on the beach that picked us up right at the location beachfront. The breakfast menu options were many and very tasty. Checkout was a breeze and when my car battery was dead, the staff got cables and jumped it for me with quickness!!! I'd stay here again!!!

The location of the property is ideal if you want to experience downtown Jaco and be on the ocean front. The hotel restaurant has beautiful views over the ocean. The units are spacious and have everything you need. They are a little worn and could do with an update. The pools and surrounding grounds are very nice.

Fabulous hotel right on the beach and right in the action from a location perspective. From iguanas roaming around, to having a beer in the bar overlooking the beach to the lovely breakfasts its a great hotel. View from room was of seafront and staff were very friendly.
