Great place , transportation was extremely helpful to & from the airport!!

Pillows were very old & lumpy

Rooms A little outdated.

Close to the airport but still quiet. Very professional and welcoming staff. Free transfer to the airport. Large room. Excellent pool. Free tea and coffee in rooms.

It was an overnight stay and provided all that was needed.

The staff goes the extra-mile to provide services. Very friendly and problem solvers. The staff make a difference in your staying, as they make you feel at home. The facility is easier to move around. The entire place is decorated with pictures and sculptures that allow you to get entertained. Convenient and easy access to the National Convention Center. You meet other people there, who either traveling with their children or are attending a conference. They also arranged our pick-up and return to the airport and say goodbye with a mild breakfast. We enjoy our staying! Thank you to Manfred, José, Luis, the breakfast chef, the nice and great lady in the restaurant, and everyone who serve us with kindness and beautiful smile.

Very unique Hotel. Not the typical cookie cutter. Large rooms. Staff super helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast. Again not the typical cookie cutter. Some fruit and pastries laid out but you could order off a simple menu of local breakfasts. For me the location was perfect as i had to go to meetings at convention center. There is a short walk to some nice restaurants and market 5 min walk. Safe neighborhood.

My bed was way too soft for me

Perfect spot to land when you are arriving in Costa Rica and need a night next to airport bit don’t want to stay in a generic chain hotel.

Great location for going to airport the next day. On site restaurant had good food. Attentive staff. I liked that there were quiet hours after 9pm.

There's a lot to like: The breakfast was great, very good. I love the vibe of the restaurant The pool and jacuzzi are nice and usually you have the pool to yourself so very relaxing The WiFi was very good The staff are friendly enough The room was cleaned to a high standard every day Travelling with a child who needs lots of sleep, I liked the signs about being quiet 8pm to 8am as it's good etiquette. Even the tables next to bedrooms had signs saying not to use them after 8pm, that's great. The towels were nice and the shower worked well The windows had a mosquito net which I loved. We loved that it was fresh well water from the tap!. The hotel is quite quirky which we loved

The room had a musty smell and it looked like it needed an upgrade. The walls looked a bit dusty. Painting the rooms and changing the furniture would freshen things up. It felt a bit dark and dingy. We woke up at 6am one morning with other guests in the restaurant, it was crazy loud. We felt exhausted for the rest of the day. There isn't much in the area, I think it's a good option simply to and from the airport as they offer a free shuttle.

Staff - so friendly and helpful! Information provided - great! Facilities - lovely. Pool area especially nice. Location - good. Would definitely stay here again.

Maybe the bar/restaurant could stay open a little later. But that really wasn't a major issue, just feedback.

Authentic Costa Rican hotel with rustic decor . Close to the airport so good for arrival/departure, without having to go into San Jose. Also airport pick up was handy.

Everything! This is a perfect place to stay in San Jose. The staff are lovely, the breakfast is delicious, the pool is great and the rooms are really comfortable.

This is a wonderful place to stay in San Jose. It’s close to the airport, with a free shuttle. The breakfast is fantastic, the pool great, the room comfortable (free coffee!) and the staff are very friendly.

An all in one property. A place to regroup, rest by the pool, eat in the restaurant. Very clean and safe. Convenient to and from the airport

The sound of the freeway if you have the windows open. Not enough airflow if you close the windows

The staff were all great, especially the waiter in the restaurant. Food was good. But our room had a very strong odor from the bathroom pipes. Also there were several families here with young kids who were screaming and yelling in the pool area and the central courtyard area which echoed into our room. So it appears to be a good hotel for families with kids, but not for adults who want a quiet restful experience. We usually stay at the Airport Holiday Inn Express which has a huge outside pool area, and never kids running around the hallways screaming. Kids are fine, but if their parents won’t control them and show respect for other guests, then perhaps the hotel staff should step in.

We love this hotel and have stayed there many times. They supply transportation to and from the airport. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a very nice restaurant and bar on site. They have a large pool and a Jacuzzi.
