Lovely modern accommodation with everything provided and we were only sorry not to have been spending longer. Extremely helpful staff and we were met on arrival and helped with all our luggage.

The accommodation is in a new area of Livingstone, so finding it is a little difficult on unmade up roads, although not a problem if using taxi drivers who know their way around the area.

Spa here was amazing, food is hit and miss. One day good, the next very bad and slow

The staff members remained cheerful and willing to serve, though overwhelmed.

Almost everything was on point except the swimming pool, which needs thorough cleaning. In addition, online room selections and reservations must be respected.

Host was very friendly and professional, property was immaculate.

No pool facilities were available then the apartment was not cleaned daily

The little bird garden was really nice.

My room was close to the road and restaurant, noise was really excessive and was difficult to sleep. The breakfast team ran out of muesli. The manager on duty also knocked on my door to ask whether my room was cleaned, found it abit strange.

The staff are very friendly.

When using the shower, the water started flowing out to the toilet. This was very unpleasant it became irritating when several staff would follow and ask what room number we were in. It feels like you are doing something wrong when you are paying for your stay. Especially when going to the pool area and dining.

Close to a mall, perfect.

The doors don’t close unless you lock them. On Friday night there was loud music throughout the night.
