I had such a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Paramount in Lusaka. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was big and comfortable. Slept like a baby. The meals were delicious, and breakfast was a real treat with plenty of variety to choose from. The location is excellent, easy to access, and close to shopping malls. The highlight of my stay was the staff. They are warm, super kind, and make you feel right at home. I think the hotel needs to share its secret recipe for creating such genuinely friendly service because whatever it is, it works. I would absolutely recommend Best Western Plus Paramount for anyone visiting Lusaka. You will leave with a full stomach, a rested body, and a happy heart.

Well located, I even had an option for either join the gym or do jogging outside. I took jogging outside and the area is quite good as there are pedestrian pathways. The staff addressed my issues, e.g., initially the room was given was smelly because of someone who used and was smoking, the staff quickly changed the me to a better room (non-smoking)

I guess there is freedom of smoking in the hotel in that sometimes one would find the whole corridor smelling. This puts off because we are living in world where smelling such is now very rare in public places.

Convenient location. Accessibility to the three shopping malls and near the CBD. Very secure neighbourhood and friendly staff, including Hazel the owner, she personally met and welcomed us on our arrival. Backup power supply during load shedding was a big plus. The highlight of our stay was seeing Zebras behind the house.

About a 400m walk from the front door of Kenneth Kaunda International airport. Very convenient. Nice hotel, nice lobby area, dinner and bar was very good value. Room comfortable and clean, staff very helpful. If you arrive late or are leaving early its a very nice airport hotel.

The property was beautiful, secure and private. The house was neat and clean and well decorated. There were also air conditioners in all the rooms. Everything we needed was at our fingertips!
