the staff of this hotel is the friendliest staff we have encountered while in Vietnam, they really make you feel at home. Location is amazing, you can literally walk around everywhere in Hanoi. Would def. come back here if in Hanoi. Congrats again for the staff, especially the girl (don't remember her name) from Da Nang

Good thing about the property is ocean view rooms. However there are lots of apartments over there I will not choose this one again coz it’s too crowded and it takes long to wait for the lift.

Staff handling the property was rude and unprofessional if I wouldn’t be tourist I would have handled him differently. Didn’t have any respect for privacy.

Beautiful property. Absolutely stunning at night time with all the lit up fairy lights and lanterns. Felt extremely safe, comfortable and well looked after. The staff were exceptional.

Location in countryside very quiet, 10/15 minutes by motorbike from beaches and city Centre. Lush and well-kept garden. Generous breakfast, clean and comfortable room.

My husband was very uncomfortable when going to the bathrooms on pool level as there was always a woman cleaning . This happened several times so I suggest a man clean the men’s toilets as it is embarrassing when at a urinal . Very disappointing
