Austin, United States
Located ca.20min drive from Austin center, easy access from main road, w/nice parking spots and some fast foods nearby (few min driving diatance). Comfy room w/nice shower (real shower, not a bathtub one).
Quite noisy at night as located next to busy road
La Crosse, United States
Caring and detailed oriented. Good coffee and clean kitchen amenities. Life saving fully equipped laundry room. Great centralized air-conditioning and heater. Comfortable beds and spacious living room.
One flight of steep stairs to the apartment. For those with many luggages like us, do be careful. Parking is challenging as property is on Main Street but ample parking ramp around the corners. Beware of all rules and regulations if you park at the streets.

We loved the coastal location, safe neighbourhood and cosy home. The facilities were good and it was very spacious and clean. The hosts were very responsive.
There was some moisture on the floor in the laundry.

Location, Location, Location.... Fantasticly location just a short walk from Broadway. Very comfortable bedding and rooms were very clean on arrival.
We had to move rooms four times during our stay due to repeated issues: Room 1: We were downgraded because of an overbooking error, despite having received an upgrade on arrival. Room 2: This room flooded when water from the pool leaked through the flooring and into multiple guest rooms. Half of our suitcase contents were soaked and had to be washed. Room 3: We were upgraded to a higher-floor room with one double bed and a sofa bed, even though we had paid for a room with two double beds (we were two friends traveling together). The sofa bed was broken and slanted, making it unusable. When we asked for bedding, the staff asked us to make the bed ourselves as housekeeping was unavailable (this was early evening, around 6–7 pm). The first delivery of bedding was incomplete, missing pillows, and required a second call. Ultimately, we had to move again as the sofa bed was too uncomfortable and broken to use. Room 4: Finally, we were given a standard room with two double beds on a lower floor. This room was suitable, and we were able to complete the rest of our stay without issues. In addition, the pool was closed for part of our stay due to a separate incident not related to the flooding, making it unusable for 1-2 days. The hotel did offer two drink vouchers each time we were moved, and upon settling into Room 4, they also sent a small basket of snacks as an apology. The front desk staff, especially the two ladies who assisted us, were very polite and apologetic throughout, and I do not fault them personally. However, the multiple relocations, the inconvenience of setting up our own bedding, and the damage to our belongings from the flooding made the experience far below expectations. While the gestures of apology were appreciated, they did not adequately compensate for the disruption and inconvenience we faced.

South San Francisco, United States
Modern room with fresh look, helpful and friendly staff.
There is an automatic light in the room when someone walks the to the bathroom. Not a problem when travelling solo but when either others it can be an irritant
