Central location with many restaurants for food and coffee due to LA LIVE and easy access to Grammy museum and to Crypro.com arena Impressive entrance and lobby, super comfy beds, room size. The front desk staff made a great first impression — very welcoming and professional

Wi-Fi that's not free in 2025? And it's also very slow. The front desk staff and dinner waiters are extremely polite and helpful. In contrast, the morning restaurant staff (especially one Asian lady) were quite rude. My rating would have been a 7 if not for the helpful front desk staff, a 9 if the morning waiters had been more courteous, and a 10 if the Wi-Fi were free.

The hotel was amazing, clean and tidy, and the staff were extremely attentive and professional. I would stay here again. Complimentary mimosa on arrival (and daily) was a nice touch.

There was no option to self park and as such you have to pay the $50 USD a day valet parkung, plus tips this can add up quickly. Whilst we were there our exchange rate was terrible so this was nearly 80+ a day on parking.

I have tried to contact the hotel on numerous occasions as I left a bag behind. I spoke to a couple of different staff that said they would get back to me and they still haven’t even though I left over 4 weeks ago. Disappointed!
