Precious Guesthouse is a small, friendly, well run guesthouse with excellent service. The garden area is meticulously maintained and very peaceful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of items and was well prepared. The restaurant area is covered, open air on the second floor and after a very long flight was the perfect place to sit and watch the activity on the street and at the botanical garden (which is located across the street). We had delays in our flight arrival and James kept in touch with us to ensure we had a ride when we arrived. Our room was basic but very comfortable. The only negative was loud music from a near by building (club?) continuing past midnight.

Every thing is perfect Everything was excellent and the host was very excellent and his treatment was sophisticated and responsive in anything we needed. It was a wonderful experience. I advise anyone with a family traveling to Kampala to stay in this area. The location overlooks the lake from the sixth floor, Apartment 45. A wonderful experience. The location is safe for families and children and there are guards all day long and all the staff are friendly.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

They double booked us and couldn’t give us another option. And we arrived in the middle of the night.
