Spacious room, enough amenities provided, great balcony view of the golf course, strong wifi network, nice halal restaurant (royal palm), accessible bowling centre, big swimming pool, spacious gym, subway restaurant, NTUC FairPrice supermarket, free parking.

Musky room smell and old washing machine.

Room suited our needs Location was very good, close to Orchard Road Did not take up the breakfast option, preferred various options on the streets

Although earplugs were provided , I could still hear the announcements. I did not have a meal but enjoyed a cup of tea.

I will review badly about your refund matter. So poor customer service responsive & no problem system. Scam.

Showers and toilets are not the best

The location, the staff delivered my delayed suitcase right up to my room

The water didn’t warm up, extremely cramped, not everyday housekeeping, no complimentary water in the fridge, no wardrobe or hangers for your clothes

Friendly staff, clean room

Very uncomfortable beds, far too firm. The pictures showed two single beds separate from eachother, instead the two beds were directly next to each other with a small divider in between. We were placed in a room facing the main street and the traffic noise was awful, we woke many times during the night because of beeping horns and people yelling. The bathroom looked nice but the shower covered the floor with water every time we used it. I had a change in schedule due to a flight cancellation, i asked the management if they would refund one night and they refused. I asked if they would upgrade me instead, and they refused. I understand that my booking was "non refundable", but i still think that this was unreasonable.
