I had such a good time in Heritage Collection on Victoria! The self checkin is coupled with real human experience, Davina and the Concierge service has been a Gem and made me feel very welcome and taken care of during my stay. The place is quite new and sparkling clean, and really appreciated the loundry services. Everything seems to be designed to ensure customer comfort and I really appreciated it. It really stands out from other experiences I had in Singapore. Real value for the price. Definitely recommend!

Nothing really. My phone didn't seem to support the self check in but luckily the team found a solution very easily and handed me an electronic card. So it went super smooth

The location is very good, very central. The breakfast is also nice, though I wish they offered a plant-based milk option. The bed itself is okay and comfortable, and a plus is that they have large lockers under the bunk beds.

They call it a “CAPSULE HOTEL” but there are NO CAPSULES — it’s just a regular HOSTEL! Misleading advertising! There’s no privacy at all, as the “door” to each bed is just a curtain that rolls up and down. If they were actual capsules, they’d be enclosed and soundproof. There aren’t enough bathrooms — only 2 for about 12 beds — and they’re almost always dirty and smelly. Basic necessities are missing: there’s no paper to dry your hands, and in the bathroom with the shower there’s not even hand soap. There are no separate sinks, so if you just want to brush your teeth, you have to wait for one of the full bathrooms to be free. Since there are only 2 bathrooms, this can mean long waits, even for quick tasks. Taking a shower is even worse, as there’s only one shower stall. The breakfast area is a bit dark and not very clean

Access for those with prams is tricky, with no ramps at access either side so we had to carry up the stairs at the main entries which was annoying.

My room the aircon was faulty. I request for a change of room as it was super hot, requested for the room next to my sister. Front desk just mentioned that it's of different category and unable to change it. It was a twin bedded, don't understand why not possible to change. - the technician then come pretty quickly to fix the aircon. NO bedroom slippers in the room. Had to ask the housekeeping staff which was at the corridors - only then was given The phone was faulty too - I had to use the phone from my sister's room. Very inconvenient.

Relatively cheap hotel to stay in Singapore for a few days. Our room was clean and equipped with AC. Good transportation options nearby.

We were provided only one towel each per day and they didn’t make our bed.
