Friendly, accommodating and accessible service. We had an extremely early airport booking the next morning, the staff made a delicious to-go breakfast bag for us with coffee, ready 10 minutes before our departure. Very thoughtful and pleasantly surprised, and appreciated! Much thanks from us.

The location was great next to everything you need. Breakfast was great too

Our room was not available until 6pm. Then when we finally got our room there was only one double Bed when we had booked a room for three people. When I was went to reception they said that I should open the sofa bed. I asked that there did this as it shouldn’t be for me to do especially given the long wait to check in. The lady said that there was no one to do it but she will come and help. When we went to the room she didn’t know how to do it so in the end i had to do it anyway. We had asked for our room to be cleaned and this never happened.
