Kigali, Rwanda
The breakfasts were good and the hotel was willing to go an extra mile to satisfy the guests. The hotel owner (Andrew) is friendly, so also are all the staff. The rooms are neat and the mattresses good.. It’s important to note that the hotel has solar powered water heater, which can also be powered by electricity. So on rainy days (with very little or no sunlight), inform the hotel staff to switch the heater to electricity mode. Andrew is ever willing to make transportation arrangement to and fro the airport at cheaper rates.

Nothing!!!!!!!🤮🤮🤮🤮😪😪
The worst place I have been to in my entire life. The place is run by disturbing men. As a woman I felt harassed. When the moment had to be paid, they cheated us and asked for a much higher amount than what was offered in the booking. When we did not agree to pay he locked us and did not let us out. A terrible place not to come under any circumstances! I asked to call the police and they refused to do so and threatened us. Plus there was no hot water and the location was not good at all. The attitude was horrible, do not come for your safety !!!!!! (Written by my sister Shahar Caspi).

The property is located about 5 minutes drive from the Convention Center. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I liked the daily housekeeping, neat rooms and helpful staff.
I found getting to my room a bit winding- having to go down the steps from the reception, walk beside the pool and through the restaurant.
