I think the hotel’s standard has declined; even the breakfast used to be better. The entire night the room didn’t cool down because of the weak air conditioner, and we filed two complaints. Compared to the price of $200 per room, I don’t think it’s worth it. On top of that, the reception staff’s attitude was rude, especially the one who checked us in when we arrived—he was ridiculous . Overall, courtesy and good customer service are a rare currency here.

Everything, the hotel was amazing – everything was clean, well taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were always helpful, attentive, and truly made our stay special. On our last day, they even surprised us with drinks and chocolates as a thank-you, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

This really is an exceptional place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone coming to Bethlehem. It is very close to the Church of the Nativity, and the hosts and food are fantastic !!!! A very enjoyable stay !

Perfect stay in Nablus! The owner is the nicest guy in the world, always eager to help and make you feel welcomed. Good location right next to the terminal, incredible view, warm shower, amazing breakfast... 10/10

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location was convenient. Highly recommended!

The room needs some painting work Overall it doesn't look like a hotel its more than an apartment, the feeling is exceptionally nice you feel like home

The location was excellent and very friendly staff. The room was spacious and fit our whole family in 1 room and everyone was very helpful.
