The room had a window on the inside yard,so you should keep the curtain closed all day, which is not comfortable, you feel a little bit prisoned. I always apply a filter "with view" on the search and that's why I booked it,since it was in the results, I thought it had a view in the city. The photos don't show this thing with the window. I asked from the personnel to change the room but this wasn't possible. I had another booking after two days because I would stay to Aquas Calientes, and I cancelled it. The hotel could charge me for this cancelation, and they didn't,which I appreciate so much by the way. Have in your mind that you will stay in a room with closed curtains all day.The light was really bright either, you couldn't relax.

Location is spectacular - a peaceful oasis in the Sacred Valley. Luis and Silvia are amazing hosts - they make you feel like you’re at home. Service is impeccable and food (both breakfast and dinner) is delicious (some of the best we had in Peru!). Last but not least - there are alpacas! Best hotel in Peru!

I thought it was a good hostel, the beds were good and the shower also. Nicely decorated and plenty of sitting space Great tour advice person, wasn't trying to sell me on things but being extremely helpful when I mentioned I wanted to do salkantay solo (no Group)

I left after a day since it was pretty empty, so not really enough of a social hostel. Maybe end of August is less people anyway, but some other hostels had more people. Breakfast was ok, but not enough for gluten free. They weren't able to give me yogurt or milk even to use with my own cereal. Coupled with no kitchen, this means I'd basically need to go to a restaurant for breakfast. But for regular dietary needs, I think the breakfast was OK.

It was very central, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was poor, consisting of only butter, jam, bread, fruit, and eggs. There should have been at least some cheese and salami.

Heating was available for a fee. All countries in the region (Chile, Bolivia, Peru) have a heating problem; they are culturally accustomed to cold weather and don't seem to feel the need to heat themselves. After all, these facilities are touristic and serve many foreigners, so heating, a basic need in cold weather, should be free. But as I mentioned, since we don't have this option in many places, even if it's paid, finding it here seems like a bonus.
