AMAZING ! The family who host you are the most amazing people I met during my 3 weeks in Nicaragua , from the grandma to the mom , the dad or the kids and them animals , all of them are super friendly and smiling people , they helped me for everything , renting ATV , or scooter , the tours , even helped me to start the fire cause I wanted to do a bbq , they are just the loveliest people ever . I miss them already . Muchas gracias por todos la familia tqm ❤️ The room is comfortable and big , you also have access to the kitchen and the fridge. The hotel/ house is really calm it’s perfect for having some peace and relax The localisation is perfect really near to the ferry 10min walking and 3 min walking to the biggest supermarket on the island . Everything was easy access If you are in Ometepe you need to go there ! I recommend 100% don’t miss this amazing family

- very nice common area with lots of hammocks and space to hang out. the pool is also nice - the shared dorms were comfortable - very social and many attempts by the staff to make you have a great time. a lot of activities planned - the location is great. close to everything

Breakfast was excellent, the room was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was a blessing! The building is stunning and relaxing, with lots of plants and shade around the pool.

Really thoughtful space, beautiful garden, great kitchen facilities, and eggs, coffee, ice cream, drinks available for purchase on site. The staff are a delight.
It’s a bit more of a walk to the main stretch — so if you’re surfing the walk can be a bit far.

Very nice place, beachfront, AC in the room, nice view, friendly staff, I would recommend to anyone travelling to Las Peñitas!

- dorms and bathrooms were not very clean - my bed did not have a pillow or blanket - the common area was very untypical

No hot water in shower, neighbourhood not very good, staff speak no English and wasn't very polite. First night we had no A/C but we expected it during the booking. Noticed a maintenance person fixing an A/C and then enquired to get a room with A/C. Beds uncomfortable and need to be changed for new mattresses
