We had specifically requested an early check in which, unfortunately due to a misunderstanding, wasn't available. However, the way our host managed this turned a straightfoward booking into a magical stay. We are already planning a return visit to Monaco and this will be our 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of a place to stay.

We liked the location, the view from the room and the very friendly and helpful staff. When the light in the bathroom was broken, they got it fixed while we had dinner - although it was a Sunday.

Beautifully decorated apartment with lovely bathroom. Staff were lovely too and only 5 minute walk from the casino. Would definitely return

The Hotel is quite nice, but there is a massive problem with the staff

I trusted my car, a Ferrari, with the valet parking, paid €29 for the privilege, only to witness the 2 morons take my car and drive it like idiots, they played with the settings on the car, and let the roof down after I had just put it up. I have a video of the 2 morons entering the car park excessively revving the engine, gesturing to the car park camera, then when they entered the car park I heard them revving the engine furiously again. This is unacceptable a and I urge anyone thinking of staying here DON'T the staff are disrespectful and rude.
