Luxembourg

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. No issues. I will be returning in September and can't forsee any issues. The staff were excellent. Dealt with Ann Marie who was very helpful and professional, as we're all the staff I encountered during the stay. Friendly and chatty which helped feel welcoming. The room was basic with a comfortable double bed, however it did a good job of decent night's sleep. I spent a lot of time sight seeing and travelling but a nice bed to come back to was a bonus. I didn't sample the restaurant, swimming pool or gym facilities during this visit but maybe on the next visit.

Very nice and spacious apartment, clean and in a great location – less than 1 minute to the bus stop and about 10 minutes to the city center. There is underground parking available, but it costs €15 per night, which would have been better if it was included for free. Still, parking is convenient and easy. I even recommended this place to a friend, and they stayed as well and were very satisfied.

We had two large rooms which were both perfect. One was easy wheelchair accesible on the ground floor; the other a large room on the second floor. Everything served at breakfast is very tasty and the staff is perfect. This was our fifth(?) stay in this hotel already. Public transport is just around the corner at the trainstation.

If you sleep with a window open, be prepared for the noise of airplanes from Luxemburg airport in the morning in (all of) Luxemburg City

Great location not far from the center of the city, reasonable pricing, spacious room. Restaurant is definitely not 5 star but quite good anyway. Would definitely stay again.

Parking is a mess, it's better to leave your car in the outside parking, as no places provided. Shower could have been better regulated (shower head was clogged). Breakfast is overpriced.

The hotel is well appointed, the staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The evening meal superb. The craft beer produced on the premises extremely good.

Absolute delight. Beautifully decorated with lots of character. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Highly recommend.

Many cobwebs, whole property could have been cleaner than it was. The beds themselves were clean but the living room and kitchen was more lived in that properly clean! The doors are all very very hard to lock and unlock, like takes 5-10 mins to lock the doors each time! small maintenance issues (eg the shower bracket mentioned as broken in an earlier review is still broken). Staff from a management company reply on booking.com and they are rude. After the stay thanked them for the stay and passed on some honest feedback for them to improve rather than listing all the issues here in a review (i did not ask them for anything) and my message was met with hostility and the insinuation i for some reason made up the issues! Creepy basement

The room was great, it had everything a person would need on a daily basis.

For a more romantic or more relaxing vacation it would be better if it had a bath tub. The room also stayed really warm during the night. Ventilation was not the best.

Free car park and location

The hotel from the outside looks nice but the rooms tell a different story. It’s okay to stay a night but not longer. There is hardly any room to move around, you can only put your hand luggage in the room but if you have suitcase, they won’t fit and if they do, you will have to climb on the bed to get to the other corner. The bathroom had a pungent smell. The shower was okay. The two things that were in favour was the parking and the receptionist (very friendly and helpful)
