The room is not too big but very cozy, fully equipped. The location is near center, easy to move around. The facility is new, clean, modern. We can cook simple things there. The staff is responsive and supportive. Contactless checkin but it is easy to follow the instruction.

Superb resort with a real 5 star experience, everything was according to expectations. Super breakfast and room design. Great facilities. Very close to Khodja Mausoleum in a new superb area

Room was a bit dirty/duaty

Location and Structure . The breakfast spread was amazing and imaginative.

Carpets were worn out and bathrooms had mild odour. Metro Station 'Abai' was about a kilometre away.

The hotel has all amenities of a 5 star hotel, so you are in good hands

The floor of the shower in the bath room is very slippery when wet. No clue what the architect had in mind

Comfy bed and shower, located near Botanical Garden.

Curtains don’t block sunlight. Restaurant doesn’t operate in evening hours, no dining option nearby (only fast food). Some reception staff don’t speak English.

I was sleeping in the big room with 16 people, people were going in and going out at night like 2-3am. Being loud and talking, idk is it smth that can be fixed by hostel owners or someone else.

Bathrooms are smelly and breakfast spread was very limited. Hardly much for vegetarians.
