The way Arman helped us out so quick when we arrived to discover the booking had been modified so that we didnt have a room. After arranging it with booking.com and double checking as we were arriving at 2am approx it turned out our booking was for 1 night instead of 2. As i said spoke to booking.com people on phone and explainned the times and was told by booking.com not the hotel it would be ok as we would still have the room. Arman quickly helped us get another hotel and we arrived back the following day. The area was good,felt really safe,views were great,went to mountains the war museum, the football and visited a few otber places.

Real traditional home, with a very warm Welcome. The house owner Lazzat is very nice and helpful. I recommend to everyone if wants to experience an authentic Kazakh place and life, stay in Lazzat’s house.

Staff, in particular Balnyz was very courteous and helpful. Big thanks to all of them. Room was comfortable and hygienic. Breakfast was good.

The hotel, probably because it's new does not appear on taxi apps like YandaxGo so heading back to the hotel from town was difficult. Best it is updated on Google Maps ASAP. Few options for Vegetarians in the breakfast would be great.
