Joyce is a wonderful soul. She was so helpful and made the entire check-in process seamless. I was contacted days before I checked in and she kept me up to date, even letting me know about the immigration eTA. She helped to facilitate everything from the airport pickup to information about fun place to enjoy my weekend. She is a 10/10 for customer services and makes you feel welcomed and at home

Our stay at Cosy Nest was perfect. It was clean and well equipped for a week’s stay. The location was ideal as it was a short hop to Frigate Bay. Having a car parking space was also very helpful. Laverne was a fantastic host - very communicative and friendly. It was lovely to have a quick chat with her about how we were enjoying the island.

The room was spacious and comfortable the decor was nice as well. Spacious shower as well for my room. The pool was nice but small, no access to the beach clustered with sargassum but they offer a shuttle which is nice to go to an other beach

- the restaurant was not the best - some of the staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful . Many of our reservation was not done correctly - we had one employee from reservation who also picked us up who was very kind and helpful - I asked for a special attention for my sis birthday but there was nothing - my sisters room was not good I had a great room but hers was small and they had issues with their bathroom

We came to watch the cricket and to see the city, so it was the perfect location for us. It's also close to the airport.

The location was good, the pool was excellent as was the apartment.

NOT a property issue, but I would recommend a car at almost anywhere on St. Kitts. No public transport in the Frigate Bay area and taxis are expensive.

From the beginning, there’s no sign at the entrance door so I had to ask several people before I worked out how to get in the stairs up to the accommodation are steep and it’s difficult with luggage. There’s a second door which can be very difficult to open when it’s locked. It needs two hands so again difficult with luggage. The air conditioning control didn’t work so was on high the whole time and it was too cold. I found the person in charge rude. I asked whether it was noisy as I was concerned about the fast food place next door and was told that the festival wasn’t close by. It wasn’t but the noise level was far too loud for me even before the festival started when there was a nearby stage with loud music from 7am to 2am. I just couldn’t wait to leave
