The staff were exceptional. The location was fabulous- AWAY from hustle of central Nairobi. The gardens are stunning. Beds are super comfy. Food is decent too! A homely feel away from home.

The keybox could not be opened at first. No description. The securitystaff tried to help. No Rooftoppool as announced. Not close to the beach. No descriptions where to find the way to the beach or other tings. No good view. The picture on the profile shows a view which i did not get - allthough i booked the expensive appartment. Instead view to the backyard. Laterally Oceanview instead of oceanview. The paymentprocess needed all in all - cause i did not have M-Pesa - nearly 2 hours.
