Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, including a thoughtful welcome gift. The house and garden were absolutely beautiful, creating a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Located in a quiet area, it offered plenty of peace and relaxation. During the hot days, we especially appreciated the large, well-maintained swimming pool. Sergio and Daniela were amazing hosts — they took great care of us from start to finish. We are truly grateful for their hospitality!

The amazing and easy location, from Airport and to commute in the central. The Metro station is just under the building. The air condition is so good, Breakfast has lots of pastries, no Halal selection at all. The hotel is very clean which is amazing.
The reception is on the 4th floor which we did not know, The lift is so tiny two people is ok if more then so squishy.

The apartment was beautiful and cosy. Very clean. It had everything one might need: well equipped kitchen, iron, washing machine, etc. Close to both ports and a beach. Francesco and Manuela are excellent hosts! Would highly recommend!

Great location and the felt very safe as solo female. There is a metro very nearby and I even found the location to be walkable. The room was affordable for Rome and had everything I needed and breakfast was decent.
WiFi wasn’t always the strongest and at times did dip out.

The hotel is in the centre of town which is great but it can be very noisy at night if trying to sleep.

We really loved our stay here! The staff were so friendly and welcoming – you can feel the family spirit and the effort they put into everything. Carla at the reception was especially wonderful, always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations.
The pool was a bit far away (about a 5-minute walk), but it wasn’t a big problem.
