My stay was a pleasant experience overall. I really liked the comfortable and welcoming environment, along with the supportive and cooperative staff. The cleanliness and maintenance were well taken care of, which made the stay more enjoyable. I also appreciated the facilities and services provided, as they added to the overall convenience and comfort.

They claim to have 24/7 reception, however it is not true. I have arrived at 3AM (and notified them in advance), however gates to the property were locked and nobody was present. When called the phone number specified at Booking and there is just an automatic redirect to main Treebo calling platform which led to nowhere as there was no human handover. I was lucky that there was one guest who came to pick up a delivery order (yes, at night!) so he gave me a number of the actual staff. After 3 call attempts, 30 minutes of additional waiting outside and promises to come and open the door, finally somebody came (apparently the staff was sleeping inside all the time!!). The room had no blanket (I found one in the closet, but it was smelling like grandma), there were human hair on the bed sheets, broken bidet handle and broken shower. I do not recommmend this property to anyone planning to come at night, their 24/7 service is a lie!

It was not my first stay over here. The location is best.

The bedsheets were not looking clean when I checked in. It was also raining a lot during my stay. Rain water was entering the room through the window edges, close to where I had my phone charging! No adapter was provided for my British three pin socket. Much smaller hotels in India have been able to provide them for me. I had to buy my own.
