First of all the concept of zostel is amazing and the location where it is situated is amazing and lovely. And I should do appreciate the lunch and dinner is excellent. All type of starters is very tasty. Wifi is covering in almost every place. It's really nice to stay at zostel.

Break fast was not good in taste especially dosa items.Tv was not working in our private room.

Nothing was good they denied entry stating the rates are under quoted and they denied room as they said booking .com did not inform.about my arrival.

Room was dirty linen was dirty bathroom not cleaned no towel given water charges taken

A bit overpriced. There were a lot of outages with the air conditioning. The pool experience was underwhelming with an old dude not wanting to help and parts of the pool cordoned off. A 200ml can of Pepsi for Rs. 413 seems ridiculous.

It wasn't clean They charged extra money at arrival They told that someone will come at the airport, but no one came. We were waiting. When we arrived they charged extra money The rooms are not at all looked like the one on the pictures There were bed bugs It wasn't clean at all

Pathetic staff. Basic facilities like towel and water missing. No proper system to start the electricity. Only option was to start main switch
