King size bed and good size room for price range. Cleanliness was good. Maintenance during our stay was obvious with air con vents being changed in all rooms on our floor and carpet cleaning being completed as well. Area was good and convenient. Great to be on Kowloon Park.

The price was very fair and the room was clean and functional.

I was spoiled by travelling in mainland China, where you get so much more for the price. I would have loved some more space and hoped to see the harbour, but the buildings around are too high. The location is farther away from Kawloon and Center than I thought, but the metro station is fairly close.
