I liked that the pictures and what we saw in reality matched. I liked how cozy the apartment felt, the functionality of the apartment too, we could cook, clean, do laundry- we also had access to the gym in the building and the two swimming pools and the location was excellent too, not too far from the major sites. Doreen, the manager, was very responsive and she always brought gifts for the kids

Host reception, with pick up at airport and always available for phone contact. Modern apartments, clean with nice bar and swimming pool for refreshment. Very performing air co system

Not much to say, it would have been nice the replacement of complementary water bottles

The location is great. The room was clean

The staff attitude was poor. We stayed 2 nights. The WiFi (internet) only worked on the first day and stopped working. All efforts to restore the network proved abortive. It was so frustrating till we left!

It was close to my meeting venue.

I did not appreciate the attitude of the person who manages the apartment. The apartment was given out to another person, the first night I booked. This made me pay more to get an alternative accommodation at the last minute. No towel was provided throughout the period of my stay. Even when I requested. It was not honoured. The apartment was not cleaned throughout the period of my stay.

Location is fine. Very little noise. Breakfast wasn't included
