Grenada

The view is amazing. The access to public transport was easy. It was easy to find. The owner was comforting and had a wonderful personality Did everything to make it feel welcomed. The apartment was worth the money. Private and comfortable 💪🙏

The staff and atmosphere and the energy it gives off. The place was clean and comfortable.. very enjoyable stay and would stay there again but for longer.

The only issue I had was via booking.com I booked for three people 2 adults and a child age 14 which then the booking.com confirmed this as three adults and a rate for our booking confirmed. When we got to the hotel they said since my child was 14 it's classed as an adult as over 12 years of age, which I agreed with but they had to charge me for another room for my child even though booking.com confirmed my booking for a room for 3 adults.

Lovely view of mountains. Good air conditioner in the bedroom. The privacy and surround view from the balcony. Friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you

The Marbou flies were a bit annoying outside on the veranda at times during the day. Not at night. Would have liked access to local TV programmes. YouTube was ok though for films as we were out most of the day..

Peaceful yet minutes away from main beach strip View had a great view and was spacious

No kettle available- only coffee maker- not suitable for tea or noodles! staff were helpful and did get one eventually but i brought one! Also Restaurant not open.. cafes are local but would be great to have it open for the morning at least!

Location and the cleanliness of the establishment was top tier.

The fact that breakfast isn't included in the price

Nice view outside the room and the bed was comfortable.

No sink in the kitchenette so nowhere to wash dishes. Or get water for the kettle

The breakfast was excellent every morning being right on the beach is a very big positive for me and the grounds are beautiful

When we arrived there was dirty things left in the fridge in our room which caused a real bad smell when it was opened. I went to the front desk and complained and it was taken care of but that is not what you expect in a 4 star hotel. The main large pool was under construction but the sign at reception said is would be back working on the 18th of August which I thought ok I will still be here. But when I went to talk to the work men they said the pool and bar area will not be ready until October 2025. There were other signs that also said until 18 Aug 2025. This was very disappointing and we should have been informed of this when we booked. The other pool area was working but the two water fountains was out for about 4 days of our stay and the jacuzzi in both areas was not working the whole time of our stay. Again not what you expect from a 4 star hotel and If I had known this before I booked I would have chose another hotel
