Everything! Prime location close to shops, beach and right next tonthe metro station. The stuff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was just perfect! Thank you.

It is a blissful place. As can be seen- a memorable stay and had a great sleep on beautiful evocative surroundings

Location was great, nice modern hotel. Lovely rooftop bar. Great room service with nice food.

Swimming pool always really busy, closed a bit too early.

Busy and overcrowded unfortunately. One pool is not enough for this amount of ppl. Breakfast is disorganized: long queues, overcrowded hall, guests rushed to leave. Shower needs renovation (mold, leaking water). Only two towels per person. Fine for 4 stars, but not 5.

Everything we needed was supplied. Loved the outdoor jacuzzi.

Pillows were not to everyone’s liking. Air conditioning unit quite noisy but grateful for it anyway.

Location is Great accessible by train/bus.staff we met are all friendly and always gives us a smile,receptionist are helpful , housekeeping maids are friendly down to the Lad who works and attending the breakfast. As i also work in the hotel I know what it's like.

Room is clean and comfortable,what I notice is some small maintenance work to look at...aside from that ,all are good.
