Great location Stylish modern apartment.Great design and furniture. Gorgeous wooden internal shutters.Rainfall shower. Lift . Lovely internal garden on ground floor. Close to restaurants. Close to Gran Via station - 5 mins walk. Friendly hosts daughter.

Great having single beds and 3 in a room. Good size lockers per bed. Very comfortable. Good to have access to washing machine. Alburgue host very good and helpful. Nice to have sitting areas inside and out.

Need more outlets in room. 3 beds but only 1 outlet made it difficult to all ch garage up devices. Kitchen did not have much in the way of cuttelry - plenty of pans but only a couple of plates. Good bathrooms but not enought for the amount of pilgrims staying.

I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to reconsider. Their processes are incredibly unsafe. On my first night at around 10pm, I was locked out and stranded due to their cheap, faulty electronic lock system. There was no 24-hour contact available, so at 10 pm I had to find a bed at a hostel — without any of my belongings, which were locked in the room. This is extremely unsafe. The management refused to take responsibility or properly fix the lock. They sent ‘maintenance’ to fix the issue, but all they did go to the shops to buy batteries. I ended up leaving early when the exact issue happened the very next day. I genuinely worry that they won’t fix this problem, meaning the next guest could face the same situation. Accommodation with no local or after-hours contact and only remote customer service should not be allowed — it’s a serious safety issue. Imagine if you needed medication or had a flight to catch and were locked out. I am currently trying to get a refund, but they continue to deflect blame rather than take responsibility address the problem
