The facilities were great, very suitable for a few days stay with a family. They have a beautiful pool, and generally invest in the small details that matter - kitchen well equipped, even a Nespresso machine.

The check in process was uncomfortable, there was the usual auto check-in machine but it didn't work. We also had an issue with the room key that stopped working and we didn't know who to contact. But luckily a nice cleaning lady was there that helped us.

Great location. Good quality sheets and towels .Toiletries in the bathroom. Very good air con. Very nice reception and cleaning staff. Had everything I needed. Clean with comfortable bed and pillows.

It is quite nice and cheap hotel near the city centre. I liked the room and its comfort. It was a good choice for a couple of days alone in Alicante.

Neighbours were loud, the walls are transparent, but the hotel provides ear plugs and eye covers. The street is not well cleaned so the area with kids I would not recommend.

Terrible hotel. Stay away! We arrived at 12, exhausted and worn out. We paid for an expensive, large room with a city view. First of all, the “view” was of the parking lot entrance – something they don’t mention. They show pretty pictures, but it’s basically a cat in a bag. And the thing that left us completely shocked – early in the morning, a crazy noise started and the entire room was filled with the smell of paint. We woke up in panic after just a few hours of sleep, only to discover that they were doing renovations at the hotel entrance. Drilling and making unbearable noise. We went to the reception, and all they had to say was that “it’s not our renovation.” So why are you renting out this room??? We arrived late at night after a long flight. Part of the vacation was to wake up peacefully. Instead, we woke up early to a room full of paint smell. So first of all, if you’ve booked this hotel for the coming weeks – cancel it!!! There’s construction at the building entrance and the noise is unbearable. And second, be aware of the hotel’s attitude: a ridiculous response and complete disregard for their guests’ well-being!
