The hotel is called Hotel Balcon del Arte. The entrance is set back from the street. I arrived late and was let in by the nightwatchman and given my room key directly. My street facing room was lovely. Large, clean and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was functional and clean. The shower was not always hot. Good wi-fi signal. Situated centrally, it was an easy walk to restaurants, shops and museums. The ladies who were on reception were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

I stayed in a twin private room and really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this hostel. I asked if I could stay more nights which was no problem and thank god for that because I became a bit sick so was happy I could just stay there. The people working there are very friendly and I do recommend this place if you want a more peaceful and quiet atmosphere than some other hostels.

The shower wasn’t always the easiest to use, it didnt always have hot water for long periods and it didn’t have the best water pressure other than that I liked everything!

Beautiful boutique hotel close to the old town. Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Quiet location. Nice rooftop terrace with superb views. Hotel offers various tours at very reasonable prices. Breakfast included. Excellent value for money.

Kelvin was amazing! he arranged our airport pick up/drop off and 2 tours. He was so resourceful and helpful.

Everything was great but since its a old house its hard to sleep at night because it's loud outside. It would be great to maybe have a portable heater because the room does get cold at night.

Cosy room. Tv with netflix which was a treat. Lovely warm shower.

There was hair in the plug. There is a huge window covering one side of the room and the curtain was very light and thin so the room was bright in the morning, luckily I had a blackout face mask otherwise this would have woke me. The apartment block is noisy and I had to wear earplugs.
