The Atacama region is stunning and this is a great base from which to explore the area. The hotel is comfortable and the outdoor area by the pool is a great spot to relax and lounge by. The rooms have hot water and at night the heating turns on. WiFi is also pretty good. We also really appreciated being able to use the microwave and being provided with plates to heat up food at night.

It gets quite cold in San Pedro and since the heating only runs at certain points you might find it helpful to ask for extra blanket. Overall we found the rooms comfortable but don't expect the heating to run all evening and night. The hotel is also 10-15mins walk from the town centre, which was personally fine. About 3-5mins away there's a shop to buy water and other basic amenities, and there's a laundry service about 10mins away.

The whole this was just brilliant. My boyfriend and I were very ill when staying here and the team working looked after us so well. They cleaned our room, organised transport to hospital, cooked us food and were so caring. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were as comfortable as possible.

The staff was amazing, the room was very nice, clean, spacious, the bathroom is very nice and well equipped. The hotel is very beautiful and the breakfast was very good and we had some free coffee, milk and cocoa, tea and citrus water.

The location is very good, the yard is very nice and the viewpoint also very cool. The room was very nice and the shower was very hot. The kitchen was very well equipped and served a lot.

The breakfast restaurant was a bit crowded and sometimes you had to manoeuvre between tables. The pool was heated but the room was very cool, and it was uncomfortable when you got out of the pool.
