Positive section of review
Nice, clean, conditioned, insulated against noise, although a small room, but cozy. Everything is new and maintained excellently. There are two grocery shops just around the corner, so breakfast or light snack is not a problem at all. Also there is a small restaurant just in front of the hotel for those who want a proper dinner. So far, it is a very pleasant place. Important thing: they have a luggage room!

The is no information that the hotel has the luggage room, it would be helpful for those who have just arrived at the airport in the morning and they need to leave the luggage somewhere until the check in at 15:00. So, it would be good to put it on the Booking.com website. Thank you.

Location is ideal for easy access to all city. My room was very clean and had everything I needed. Good value for money as it was the best rated single room option I could find which combined a nice location. Nice Wi-fi

The owners of the hotel were quite hospitable and friendly. They introduced well Luzern to every guest. And the hotel rooms are quite nice and perfectly located, just by the river and near the city center.

Clean and spacious in a brilliant location with easy transport links and walking distance of the lake, shops and restaurants. Great communication and the most efficient check-in process.

I didn’t have the apartment cleaned during the 3 nights I was there however this may be a service you can call and ask for.

The location is perfect and your can reach all parts of the city in a fair amount of time. Clean, private and cozy. Landlord (representative) is a lovely person. Always available.

It’s kind of noisy when someone talks outside or in the hall it’s kind of loud. Also it’s a 15 minute walk to get to the other side of the river and if it’s raining it’s kind of annoying
