From start to finish our stay was amazing and more than we could have asked for. Nothing was a problem for Audrey and Bogey. They welcomed us into their home as if we were long distance friends. We left at the end of the stay feeling content and as though we have made friends. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast is out of this world. I can not rave about Shambhala enough.

Easy communication, clean, and kind! I felt very welcomed while also having my privacy. Great location for food and amenities, and a safe area, easy to walk around in!

The outside of the building didn't look like it would be promising but it was all remodeled inside and was clean and staff was very good.

The parking lot

The beds were comfy and the food was good in white spot. It was nice and close to the airport and the shuttle worked out well

Rude unhelpful staff with no manners Lacking facilities in the bedrooms - no kettle , minimal bed sheets, No customer service / slow service

We liked the modern room and lay out . Bed was extremely comfortable. Doormen were both amazing and kind.

We didn't like the smell ( deodorizer) when you walked into Lobby , smelled like Old Vegas. First night, we could hear the room next door through connecting door, we could hear clear conversations. Would have liked more simple menu items at the restaurant.

I was expecting a little more for breakfast, but it was not a concern to me as i brought my own

Opening the restaurant earlier for coffee. We would have gotten on the road earlier.

Housekeepers were very nice and warm. Shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful

That there was a fridge and micro and coffee pot....but no tea.

Bathroom toilet and area was not clean. Many cobwebs. Bed was lumpy and uneven.

Charging for early arrival, checkin was 4 pm, had to pay for early Could use hooks for hanging coats etc.

There was a hornets nest on the front of the deck and the picnic table was rotten. It looks like they are replacing the deck furniture so perhaps the cottage we were in has not been updated yet.
