From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly faces throughout my stay at Almond Beach was truly exceptional. The two gentlemen at the front desk went above and beyond, making me feel valued and at home. Despite some disappointing past experiences touring in my own country as a local, here I was treated like a guest who truly mattered. The property, the service, and the atmosphere were all perfect, I had previously booked for one night and went ahead and extended my stay. I will definitely be returning! And highly recommend!

Great price for what was essentially a one bedroom apartment. Super accommodating staff - big shout out to Larry the bartender, who really went above and beyond to help us out in any way he could. Plus, tasty cocktails! In general, there was just a wonderful vibe. Small pool was a big plus. Accommodations aren’t fancy but they were clean and functional and met our needs well. Bike rental is a must do! So worth it.

It was slightly outside of the hotspots, but that was also good because it was completely quiet at night - and all the time really.

Our plans changed last minute and we decided to spend the night in Caye Caulker instead. The owner of the property was extremely professional and understanding, he drove us to the ferry and helped us as much as possible. The property is just like in the pictures, nice swimming pool, comfortable. Definitely would recommend!

The owners are an excellent source of information, very approachable and knowledgeable. The location is good as it is both near the bus station and the port. The bathrooms were very big and clean. The kitchen is nice, and there is a great porch to look out onto the street.

AC and fan worked perfectly! Owner is very sweet and helped us with booking ATM tour. WiFi was good! Hot water in the shower. Bed was comfortable.

Lovely Grounds with a really nice pool, with sun-beds available around the pool. Room itself is basic but does its job and aircon works well

Reason for a lower ranking is the beds. Have been travelling Central America for a while now and most beds in Central America are hard. However the beds here were on another level. Stayed 2 nights and could barely sleep as the beds were as hard as were nearly as hard as the floors. However some people may like this

The swimming pool made my bikini turn GREEN. If you want to avoid discoloration of your (light-colored) bikini/swim trunks, do not book this accommodation! The Wi-Fi was not stable and the AC worked poorly.
