Staff was really kind and attentive, ready to help us with our requests and allowing us to keep the baggage while we were 2 days in the Amazon tour. The building is very nice (with a great style and atmosphere, a pleasant pool and terrace to enjoy the free time); breakfast is very good and the position is excellent (in the main square). The room are big, and bed was highly comfortable.

The hotel is a really pretty colonial building. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were lovely and decorated nicely. The breakfast was good with a large selection and a good atmosphere. We did a day tour on the last day and didn't get a bus until 10pm and they stored our bags for free without a problem.

Bed was a little hard and high but I guess this is the charm of the place.

The hotel is in a great location in a nice area of town. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. They stored our bags before check in and after check out for free.

The hotel is really nice and modern. It's in a good location. The check in is very simple and they provide very good internet. The bed was very comfortable and I would certainly stay again.

We stayed for 4 days and the toilet bin was emptied during our stay. This was slightly disappointing due to the fact you aren't allowed to flush the toilet paper.

Family room , breakfast and airport transfer with a very nice driver

The lack of information given for the transfer for a late night flight. Luckily we found the hotel minibus by chance and the driver accepted to take us as we were not at the correct pickup point. I contacted the hotel before to clarifie their shuttle service but never got an answer. This is a shame as it is available
