We chose this hotel as the best halfway option on our trip to Germany, and we were not at all wrong. The hotel provided us with all the comforts we needed to rest before tomorrow's long journey. What's more, it made us regret that we couldn't stay one day longer to enjoy the beautiful landscape, nature, and the surrounding area. The offer of food for breakfast was so extensive that it reminded me of the most luxurious hotels I have ever stayed in. Absolute recommendation to everyone, although the price may be a little higher, but with a reason.

I was forced to sleep in a folding bed, which was intended to be used by my child, and simply did not match my weight, so I had minor back pains in the morning - but this comes as a result of our decisions and not the hotel's offer.

The house itself is very homy, the sala was so wide, it had complete kitchen utensils, even there is a laundry soap. When we accidentally left our keys inside the house (and the door locked automatically), the owner responded immediately. I love everything about this house. For the location, if you're into hiking or walking uphill then it would be perfect for you and the view is so really mesmerizing like we witnessed the sunny and rainy days. Innbruck is worth visiting with this nice place.

Big Apartment, especially the living area. Quiet surroundings. Clean apartment, lots of space for storage and good shower. We had an incident on the balcony, but the owner came around to fix it immediately. Lovely welcome wine on arrival.

There was no Hand soap provided in the bathrooms. When we asked about full bins, we were told to leave the full bin bags on the balcony which ended up giving us lots of flies. No key for the bin room was provided and no fresh bin bags. No toaster at the apartment.

The location is ideal - overlooking the lake and mountains, just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop and only a few minutes more to the town center. The room itself is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable.

We're generally always satisfied and don't speak bad of anything. Unfortunately, we have to make an exception in this case. If a hotel is extremely poor in terms of service, hygiene (such as mold, bedbugs), etc., we mention it without going into details. Unfortunately, in this hotel's case, we couldn't give a score below 0. Given the many positive reviews, we apparently must have just been unlucky.
