Our stay at Villa Naço Ksamil was truly an excellent experience from start to finish. We appreciated the daily cleaning, which kept the rooms always tidy and comfortable. The pool was a wonderful advantage, perfect for relaxing after trips around the area or for cooling off on hot days. Every morning, we enjoyed served breakfasts that were delicious, and the coffee was especially good. The hostess and all staff members were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel at home from the first moment. Overall, we can highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to spend their holiday in Ksamil.

It is a large apartment the owner is Thora and lovely spoke Greek which helped with communication. We had washing to do and she helped us out by offering. Her daughter and son help with communication on what’s app. If you are in a car google maps in Albania is not correct so with what’s app communicated to find it. Do not go in the coast line road hectic busy difficult look at the roads and go around the block to avoid traffic. They are next door to Apt Kylie

The shower is above the toilet found that odd but it worked and was a hot shower. I just closed the toilet lid and once we all had showers wiped over the toilet lid.

This hotel is amazing, and breakfast is unbelievable, it's located in the middle of the bazar and the team are so helpful. Make sure you check out the Obelisku terrace on the roof with an amazing view

Great location, sea view, beautiful sunsets, lots of space, comfortable beds, everything you need is there. Huge embankment with cafes, restaurants and shops. Thank you ❤️

Really disappointing stay. We booked a Superior Suite with sea view but were given a small, unpleasant room facing a storage area. There was a musty smell in the bedroom. For our children, there was only a very narrow hallway with a mattress on the floor. The “sea view” was actually from a shared balcony, right in front of our neighbors’ bathroom window. Absolutely not what we paid for and definitely not worth it. We asked to change our room, but unfortunately the answer was clear: it's not possible.
