The house was modern, simple, and beautiful – exactly what I needed. It had Netflix, free YouTube, and even a balcony with a relaxing, beautiful view. There was also access to a gym which was a great bonus. The host was super kind and always ready to help with anything. The location is close to the city center, the price was very good, and overall it was an amazing stay. I definitely recommend it to everyone and I’ll for sure come back when I visit Përmet again!

The apartment is as shown on the photos. Very clean and cute. They offered us to check in early and let us do late check out. Left some coffe for us and two bottles of water which is a nice gesture. The kocation is perfect.

Great location, only few minutes walk to the beach. Room exactly as on the photos on booking.com. Very comfortable pillows and bed. Parking space on site.

The staff was very humble and look like i was a guest in a family bussinez .

The hotel location is very good The rooms are spacious.

• Every morning the housekeeping staff knocked loudly and even opened my door while I was sleeping, despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on. When I complained to the receptionist, she reacted rudely and gave unreasonable excuses, saying they only have two cleaners and must clean the rooms, although I never requested room cleaning. I was on vacation and wanted to rest. • Not enough staff at the beach; even a simple order took one hour or more. • Ice is charged. • At the beach, they only provide one towel. If it gets dirty or you need another, they refuse. • The bathroom had a very bad smell at night. • The staff are unprofessional and lack proper hospitality experience. • At checkout, I paid for my extra charges but they did not provide me with a receipt to verify.
