I like the jacuzzi 3 staff was pleasantl some were acting like they were doing us a favour. The communication amongst some staff that you need on a special day was bad. Birthday and an Aniversary ruined. And although you complain it was like the lack of empathy and understanding was very poor.. the buyers was undercooked although you ask for well done near the pool. Overall from the second day was a very bad experience. I had the opportunity of staying at the Royalton before and that one was perfect but the Royalton chic don't deserve to be called by that name there was nothing chic about the experience but the decor. I am so ashamed to even mention a break there . It was the worst experience I ever had. Very disappointed and when you approach one manager you were send another person and whats was promised was not checked by them. Lack of communication on the hotels side wasn't good. I think this needs looking into

The property was in a perfect location for me , very safe, it was clean ,with all the amenities needed , the owner was very helpful with any needs or problems, not that we had any.would definitely stay there again 💯. Thank you for a wonderful stay .

It’s not so much a dislike , but I would recommend a car.

The food was great, the staff very accommodating and friendly and the resort was lovely

The location was close to the town.

Customer Service is everything. Nobody was there when we got there despite stating our expected time of arrival. It took a while to get to someone we almost left. Nobody was there to check us out, so we left.

The facilities was clean

My room had AC problem, electric issue with lights, one night there was no water to use toilet or take shower and they failed to communicate this with guest had to keep going down to front desk for update cause they were no longer answering calls so unprofessional they showed they gave zero cares.

We didn’t get to see it.

Arrived in Jolly beach and the contact number was out of service. Emailed and messaged but no response for several hours when the owner stated that the property was already rented out.

only one restaurant walking distance, check in/out times limited, no hot water in shower, tv did not work, window broken, overall outdated room, no shuttle to airport available
