I like the jacuzzi 3 staff was pleasantl some were acting like they were doing us a favour. The communication amongst some staff that you need on a special day was bad. Birthday and an Aniversary ruined. And although you complain it was like the lack of empathy and understanding was very poor.. the buyers was undercooked although you ask for well done near the pool. Overall from the second day was a very bad experience. I had the opportunity of staying at the Royalton before and that one was perfect but the Royalton chic don't deserve to be called by that name there was nothing chic about the experience but the decor. I am so ashamed to even mention a break there . It was the worst experience I ever had. Very disappointed and when you approach one manager you were send another person and whats was promised was not checked by them. Lack of communication on the hotels side wasn't good. I think this needs looking into

The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was equipped for all our needs and the porch has a beautiful view. The unit was very comfortable, clean and met all our needs. The box of toys was all my son played with while we were there. Thank you for all the additional stuff, the beach chairs are really comfortable and was a great idea to have in the unit for guests.

I like the pool bar and the restaurant beside it right at the beach the food was great. It was nice for the price paid. If you read the reviews, you know what to expect so poor Wi-Fi, room style needs updating and entertainment is only at nights from 7pm to 10pm. Based on all that what I expected was what I got.

Entertainment can include a DJ playing music for the 3 hours to get persons fully engaged while seeing Antigua's culture instead of a band or a musical performance every night. Property and Wi-Fi needs to be upgraded.

The property was in a perfect location for me , very safe, it was clean ,with all the amenities needed , the owner was very helpful with any needs or problems, not that we had any.would definitely stay there again 💯. Thank you for a wonderful stay .

Great location, and beautiful hotel. The boat ride to the beach was very handy. So quiet when we went in August as it’s low season. Was like having a private villa.

Customer Service is everything. Nobody was there when we got there despite stating our expected time of arrival. It took a while to get to someone we almost left. Nobody was there to check us out, so we left.

Arrived in Jolly beach and the contact number was out of service. Emailed and messaged but no response for several hours when the owner stated that the property was already rented out.
