One of our best vacations ever! Hyatt Place Dubai was truly an oasis for us in the middle of Dubai’s heat! I have no words to describe the amazing staff of this hotel!!! Each and every one of them was outstanding – from the security team and the groomers, to the entire reception team and the housekeeping staff – warmest congratulations! But above all, I am deeply grateful and want to give a huge bravo and thank you to all the restaurant staff!!!! Such kindness, politeness, and willingness to help (especially Raul for us) is so rare nowadays… especially for those of us who have seen many people working in tourism!! The room was literally perfect!!! Comfort, cleanliness, temperature – everything was wonderful!!! When it comes to cleanliness, you absolutely deserve top marks!!! Outstanding!!! We truly hope to visit you again soon!!! Room 1319!!! We love you and we already miss you!!! P.S. The gym is INCREDIBLE!!!!

The pool area is a bit small for such a huge and wonderful hotel… and the surrounding area feels a little underdeveloped compared to it. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful – and I truly mean it!!!

Luxury Apartments in Anantara Resort with Stunning Burj AlArab & Sea Views

We spent six days here, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is clean and well-maintained, though it could benefit from some furniture updates. Overall, it's excellent. The view of Burj Al Arab is truly stunning. The beach and the lagoon are amazing. Staff members are polite and very helpful. We highly recommend this place for a visit!

The apartment could use some minor updates, but nothing too drastic. Overall, it's an excellent space (keep in mind, we're low-maintenance individuals). Also, the hotel hallways are too cold for our liking, but again, that's just us.

Hotel Interior and rooms are beautiful! Pool and the gardens are lovely! Hotel staff Service gave excellent service! However food & drinks are very over priced! Beware!! The Raffels restaurants have boring menus and very overpriced food and drinks! “Beware of PIATTI Resturant” awful service and food! Over priced !

The Italian Resturant PIATTI was absolutely dreadful, the staff were not warm and came across as cold! They were constantly staring and watching us eating like ready to pounce if a plate was empty! Food was very plain average quality and very expensive! They gave us dry bread as a complementary starter, no dipping sauces like pesto, parasan or olive oil, worst Italian we have ever had been to! I highly recommend anyone not to go there! There’s totally no ambiance at all! Our bill was extortionate for what we got for our money! The pizza was a medium size with an extremely crisp thin boring like cracker crisp base! 140aed! Octopus salad was ok but nothing special! 100aed The fried seafood mostly squid rings were very plain like out of a frozen packet and we paid 100 aed for this! With 3 cocktails and tax etc total bill was 700aed. Please don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind paying if the food is expensive and is of outstanding quality. But this certainly does not meet the 5 star criteria! Seriously I would give it a 2 star rating maximum. I had also informed this Resturant it was a special occasion “my wife’s birthday” they even acknowledged her birthday as per booking on arrival! “But”Not even a complimentary drink for her nothing? No cake nothing! This is first time any Resturant has never done some sort of birthday surprise for her. Absolutely shameful especially considering where this Resturant is, and has the privilege to be on Raffles 5 star grounds😡. Although the hotel advertises Fazza on arrival in reception,this Resturant does not accept Fazza! So beware! They told us they are a 3rd party company and not part of Raffles! Wonderful eh?

It was a great experience spending the night at this hotel. The location is easy to access, the room was comfortable, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to the front desk team and housekeeping for their great service. I will definitely be back again to stay!

The room was huge and clean... good facilities .. washer & dryer were working and good. One of our toilets had an issue. But when we complained.. staff was very helpful and immediately rectified the issue. We had a pleasant stay there. Recommended.
