A lovely hotel in the perfect location. The adjoining restaurant was excellent with delicious pizza cooked to order and without delay.

The room lacked any tea/coffee making equipment and the glass wall and door to the bathroom allowed for no privacy.

Great location right by the ski lift and easy access to the mountains. Comfortable rooms, nice restaurant and breakfast

If coming with kids - ludicrous policy on access to the swimming pool (only certain hours). Several guests were complaining about this during our stay - especially in August this makes no sense. Also the road outside does have a lot of traffic on it, so at times is noisy

The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean and had beautiful views.

room is spacious with nice city view, location is close to shops and restaurants

the room does not have air conditioning, needed to open the window over night; pool was not available and was looking forward to it with the kids and no offer of deal/alternatives presented; male staff was not quite nice during our check-in. he seems to be in a hurry to register us even if there are no other people waiting in line and does not provide ample information - not very helpful at all. thus, we asked the other receptionist (lady) who was the complete opposite - she's warm, provided more information and quite accommodating.

The quietness of the small village close to hiking routes. The Spa was fabulous!

The building site in front of our room was noisy. There is no shop nearby for a basic like chocolate..

Very large room with great bathroom and separated toilet. Floor heating.

The staff set the temperature to 30°C in the room. Until we figured out what the problem was, we opened the windows, which was not energy efficient at all
