The parking lot is for about 7 cars only so very small and there are employees cars and motorcycles in there taking a lot of space...They still spent 15 minutes moving things around so I could park so it's greatly appreciated.

The building is very nice, clean and modern. Reception is good, check-in, check-out was fast. Rooms are big and clean, but feel quite empty, lack of furniture/decoration.

The treadmills in the gym weren’t working. It is better put hot coffee machines in the breakfast because sometimes the coffee was cold.

They were small details like the washbasin has some issue with the pressure I guess, so it will lick. Also there is a coffee machine available, but there were not coffee sachets or similar to use it (yes I guess if you call they will bring them).

I would really like to recommend the large room with the jacuzzi. The amplitude of this room was superb and I am sure is the best room of the hotel, given that it has a very private location, the jacuzzi is located on an external roofed terrace with some vinyl covering the surrounding glasses. The room has a huge bed and a small living area with a sofa... quite comfortable indeed. It is well equipped with iron, save box and toiletries. Also I will recommend the vegatable soups at the restaurant and all the juices!!

Upon arrival we discovered that there was no water in our room, the temperature was uncomfortable and it took us a while to locate and figure out how to make it cooler. The room, especially the bathroom were too small. And the towels need to be updated. Old and discolored

I didn't like that my stay could not have been longer.

The property exceeded the photos and descriptions. The General Manager, Alphonso runs a very efficient operation with front desk staff (to name a few) Caroline and Juan David. The restaurant staff, Julie and David assured the breakfast was outstanding and altered the menu to please any discriminating palate. I was so please and enamored by the facility and the hospitality that I refuse to look or book any other hotel.

The laundry ruined a very expensive skirt and a pair of my son pants and didn't tell me. They charged an astronimical amount to do the laundry and only after I left did I discover they had completely ruined these two pieces of clothing 😭

The check in process could be developed because it was taking way too long.

The location and the amnesties were great, the pool the table tennis. Also their empanadas were delicious.

We booked three rooms, with queen beds several months in advance. When we arrived, they only had one queen room available. They made accommodations the following day, but one of the rooms had a broken bed and they had to change rooms again the next day. We were traveling with family and wanted a property that has a swimming pool like advertised. When the pool is closed for maintenance or another reason, they need to notify customers and let them cancel the reservation as we would have stayed at another property. No compensation was given for the rooms or no use of the pool. We will not be staying at this property again when we visit Cali.

Housekeeping did a great job and the breakfast was good.

I told the cleanar twice, there was not hand soap in my bathroom and none replaced it. The shower towels were not well cleaned with some brown spot. I think they can do better.

The hotel is nice but needs to be refreshed. Nice people especially the younger generation. The price is convenient for this facility (but don't ask more).

2nd day room was not swept at all. Had to ask for a Tv remote control for two days. Had to ask for shower soap for two days finally soap was provided on the 3rd day. Bathroom faucet was not working properly but after speaking with hotel manager it was fixed

The pool was clean and well kept. Great breakfast Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The room doesn't have a kettle with coffee or tea and no microwave either.

There is a small cafe next to the lobby with the best cappuccino in town! The pool on the 2nd floor is a plus for the hottest days in Cali.
