no hot water in shower, but really not that bad because it is so hot anyway.

Excellent location. I think it is probably the best inexpensive option on the waterfront. We stayed in two other hotels that were really nice and fancy, but way too expensive. Meanwhile Molinos de Viento is simple yet perfect if you are planning to be leaving the hotel during the day anyway.

The room was rather small and did not have a seating area. Not somewhere you could spend a rain day in. Also the walls are rather thin, so you can definitely hear what is going on in other rooms and on the street.

I was double charged twice for my hotel stay. Once by booking.com and the other by the hotel. Hope this gets resolved quickly.

Liked that most everything was walking distance. Loved that the beach was right in front of the hotel. All businesses that sold activities were walking distance. Would Recommend San Andres to everyone. Cool Island.

I do not have any complaints. The owners were very attentive and polite.

The staff was excellent and the hotel is close to everything. Our ac stopped working, and the staff gave us a room to sleep in while they fixed the ac in our room.

The only downside was our shower leaked but was not overly bothersome as we would just hang the bath mat so it could dry a bit.

The location is perfect and right on the beach/boardwalk. The staff was amazing; so helpful and generous. The room were cleaned so well and the AC is really powerful.

To get to the rooms you must go up a flight of stairs so be prepared to do so. This means carrying your luggage up and down when you arrive and leave.

The property is right on the beach. Many restaurants near by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room had a small refrigerator. Along with an a/c that was nice and cool. I did not rent a room with a view but I did not need to as the beach was down the stairs. They also had coffee and bottled water. So bring your water bottle.

I was expecting the bathroom attached (inside) my bedroom but it was separated even though it was vey closed, was right there next door, and, that when I claimed, they said that we were the only ones are going to be using it, still it wasn’t inside the room as the usual and that kind of disappointed me. Otherwise everything was ok.

it’s loud during the night (sometimes as long as 4am) and water under shower had bad smell so you had to run water for 2 min to have normal water plus it was cold. I was aware of that so for me not a big deal but for some people it can be bit annoying.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was really kind and always with a big smile in their faces. The location is excellent, it's just in front of the beach and you can go walking to the airport and to the city shops.

the ac leaked a lot of water on the floor. I found a pool of water in the morning I put the trash can to collect the water dripping from the ac. i informed the receptionist and he offered a mop so u could mopped it myself. i didn’t do it but after on housekeeping mopped it and someone fixed the leaking ac. I guess it was fine expected that receptionist.
