The hotel was a great value for the location, literally right across the street from the main area of San Antonio. The owner was wonderful - very friendly and helpful with suggestions about things to do. The hotel has several nice terraces with views for relaxing also.

The rooms are very nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the price is good, the location is good, there are nice patio that you can chill out on and see nice views. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Cali.

Great location, great room, great value. I slept so well, maybe 10 hours the first night because the bed was so comfortable and the room so quiet. The good breakfast is a great bonus. The staff were eager to assist and solved a big problem for me by doing my laundry, in house. Location is exceptional, in walking distance of countless restaurants and places of interest.

Great Hotel with fabulous views over the city and the hills. The staff are lovely. AC, hot water and balconies, really make this place stand out. It's also walking distance to the centre, and is located in San Antonio with fabulous cafes, restaurants and shops.

Restaurant/bar was supposed to close at 10pm, but I couldn't sleep until midnight due to noises from the bar in my room (M2). There is no international cable tv available. No breakfast option for early check out. Expensive hotel charge for the transfer from the airport (90k if organised by the hotel vs 42k with uber).

Hotel staff was very friendly, good burgers at the restaurant, good location, clean room, breakfast was tasty.

Some of the staff members were really friendly and helpful, others seemed unmotivated and not so friendly (especially in the morning serving breakfast). For example we asked to sit outside on the terrace and they refused without any reason.

The location is great. Bars, restaurants, parks and other sights are close by. I had a single room with a private bathroom which was modernized, clean and neat. WiFi is strong. They offer laundry service as well. Breakfast is offered but nothing special.

Very secure, huge comfy room, close to everything in the best walking area in Cali. The river parks and zoo are walking distance and the food at all meals is top notch. It's a restaurant too. I was very happy.

Breakfast was good but very basic - arepa/bread, scrambled eggs, papaya fruit, and coffee/tea. No other options.

As my room was next to the road sometimes it was a little noisy but I had earplugs so this wasn’t a major problem. Would have loved a full length mirror in the room though there was one downstairs near some other rooms that I ended up using.

The host of the hotel, his family and the staff are amazing - very friendly, helpful and kind. They made me feel really welcome. I got great info about what I could do every night from the QR code in the room which helped me plan my trip. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated (love the stained glass windows!) with fan/AC. Lovely hot water in the shower. The terrace area was lovely to sit in and relax during the day. Served breakfast was delicious. I would stay again!

Cali is a big, rough city but the Hotel Stay Cali is a calm, safe budget hotel , with excellent showers, air con and wifi. Some rooms even have a private (secure) balcony. Host speaks good English and will gladly book inexpensive private cars for Pancetta, Km 18, bus station, airport, etc. Highly recommend this hotel, and I have been to 105 countries….

Parking..everything was amazing but no parking.. but at least there is a fix and the people at the nearby parking lot are very nice as well..i had to leave at 530 am and they graciously opened so i could take out my motorcycle.

Beautiful clean hotel with terraces to view the city. Delicious breakfast with pure fresh squeezed orange juice. Staff was helpful and attentive. Juan Carlos is a wonderful host. He suggested a perfect itinerary each day and engaged in cultural exchange. We felt right at home.

I loved every moment.

The property is in an amazing location between Peñón and San Antonio which are both safe and fun areas. The staff and family who run it are amazing - caring, attentive and a lot of fun. I was meant to spend 2 nights but in the end spent 2 weeks with them and got to know the beautiful family and staff. I also spent my birthday there and they made me feel so special. I will definitely be back.
