We are pleased to inform you that our maintenance team immediately corrected the situation to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests. * Breakfast Juices: We apologize if you didn't find any orange juice on this occasion. We always offer a variety of four different natural juices at our breakfast service to provide our guests with fresh and varied options. We have noted your preference for future consideration. * Pool: We understand that heating the pool would be a great value.
