    “We booked just an hour before checking in, and when we arrived there was no electricity in the neighborhood therefore no lights or air conditioned in the hotel (itwas a very hot and humid evening). The front desk gentleman was lovely, saying he wouldn't charge us in case we opted to cancel, since they had no prediction of when electricity would come back up. He even helped us with a few suggestions of hotels that could have a back up generator.”
